Update Subscribers (PATCH)

We just added the ability to update subscribers in our v2 API!
Currently, only PATCH updates are accepted. We'll be adding PUT soon.
With PATCH, your updates will be additive and, therefore, will only modify existing subscriber properties, not replace them. Finally, at the moment, only the tags field can be updated.
