Changes to Messaging

We've made some changes to the way we support messages through our API in v2. In particular:
- When sending a new message, it creates a new
Message Request - You can fetch a
Message Requestto check the status on it at any time - You can look up
Sent Messages(messages that have been sent through Postscript) separately to get the details of a particular sent message
